1 ★I get surveys often, but I have only received 1 $5 gift card. Seems to me that it's just a way to get you to do their surveys and you never get compensated. They are the only ones to benefit. Update Hatch was my favorite survey app for a couple of years. Now that they have changed it, I never get surveys anymore and the new layout is not appealing. I'll probably be deleting it soon

2 ★I'm currently finding it difficult to sign in on the app, the only thing I see is login, and I don't have an account yet.

1 ★Unfortunately after several years of use, they decided to lock my account for no apparent reason. It's not obvious and requires research, and a keen eye, but basically if you're forget password option no longer works they have locked your account. Loyalty and giving support to their users clearly means nothing, and so I've edited my review to give it one star.

5 ★Used this app for about a month and filled out maybe 15-20 surveys. So far I've made $2. I wouldn't bother until they automate payments or at least give you a pending payment section.

1 ★Set up account just to find nothing to do...no surveys. No games. Waste of time even setting up account.

1 ★I am beginning to hate this app, they lock people out and block account even when a paid survey is done in the account. What is the meaning of that nonsense? Why lock people out with their gift cards stucked? Please you people should do better, especially by stopping to block and lock people out of their accounts.

4 ★I like doing the surveys and getting gift cards. My only complaint is that it will randomly log you out. I've been stuck going on two days now being locked out of my account, that I have had for years, and it won't let me change my password because the link isn't being sent to my email and I can't find any place that I can get help. I need help!!!
