El Centro Deportivo Israelita fue fundado en octubre de 1950 y hoy cuenta con aproximadamente de 18,000 asociados que desarrollan las más diversas actividades tanto deportivas como sociales, recreativas, culturales y artísticas, dentro de un marco de identidad judía.Contamos con instalaciones de primer nivel que cumplen con los requisitos deportivos para desarrollar las más diversas competencias entre las que sobresalen, alberca al aire libre, alberca techada, 14 canchas de tenis, cancha de fútbol, campo de softbol, tres gimnasios multiusos, fitness center, restaurante, biblioteca, salón de fiestas, auditorio, biblioteca, baños con áreas de vapor, diversos salones de usos múltiples para actividades culturales y artísticas, entre muchos otros.
Nuestra Institución a lo largo de este tiempo ha funcionado gracias a la participación de un grupo de voluntarios y profesionales que dedican su tiempo con entusiasmo y creatividad, con el fin de ofrecer a los miembros de la Comunidad Judía de México, un espacio dedicado a fomentar las más altas disciplinas con una filosofía de continuidad judaica e integración comunitaria.
