CAUTION!!!
Some models may be causing the problems. I tested only with HT-03A. Sorry.

A printed Japanese Kanji or a compound is scanned with the camera, and able to consult the Kanji-English dictionary(Web-Site) after OCR(Web-API) are executed.
But not perfect.

How to install Kanji Yomi APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download Kanji Yomi APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

4 ★Yes, has limitations, but... What did you expect? Magic? it's japanese OCR... on your phone! And yes, it WORKS! I, for one, am enjoying this app.

3 ★Great idea, but the viewfinder is way to small and needs to be used up close, but then the phone creates a shadow and the kanji is unreadble on g1.

4 ★The back button needs to be changed. It worked about 10% of the time for me. I love it when it works. The turning the Droid's flash would be nice.
