Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★i rarely rate any app ever as i feel the app is never good enough for me to take tiem to do so. this app is an exception to that. the app has soany feature to learn about the 3 Japanese types. it is also layed out extremely well, and the instructions are completely clear. my only complaints about the app is sometimes it feels too much for one app, and personal i would like the audio of the letter playback also the words examples shown during the flash card portion. Overall, this app is fantastic
5 ★Dev really cares about quality of app, responded quick when I had an issue with text to speech. App contains wealth of definitions and sentence examples. Tracker keeps note of what areas you are studying, how long, and your frequency of study. Each character screen shows stroke order and a drawing screen to practice stroke order. App also features a quizzer that customizes time, what is quizzed, and more. Extremely comprehensive, well worth paying premium.
5 ★Very powerful tool for learning how to draw Japanese kanji at a fair price. There are comparably good applications for learning kanji (this one is good for that too!), however this is by far the best and most feature-filled app for actually learning to draw Japanese kanji. It's not perfect, as writing anything on a glass screen is difficult and doesn't translate to paper very well, but it will teach you to recognize kanji, and it will teach you good stroke order. Wish this app was on PC as well!
5 ★Kanji study is a great app, admittedly a little difficult to navigate at first, but if you keep to the basics and expand as needed then it has so much to offer! I currently only have the beginner set (up to 80 kanji, I believe) and that's already incredibly immersive. I can still access other kanji too, they're just not included in my personalized learning routine. I will definitely be upgrading to the paid version so I can continue learning more!
5 ★This is an amazing study tool with a pleathera of options to choose from. I personally love using the stroke order flashcards, and quiz study options. I learn by writing or drawing things down, so that option made my day. The app is very high quality and you can tell the creator had users in mind. The upgrade price is very reasonable, but you can still use and study with the app without it. I definitely recommend downloading it. :)
5 ★Informative and well organized! Teaches from the ground up as they do in schools, not by phrases for touring like in other apps. Provides many different study techniques to tailor to your way of learning. The only thing I would ask is the ability to select multiple things to set them as "seen," "familiar," or "known," especially in the kana tables. Otherwise, well worth donating to!
5 ★Fantastic! I originally tried the free version and it was already amazing. I am moving to Japan and this has been a fundamental tool in helping me learn the language as well as even translate kanji I had never known about or happen upon online. It really is almost all encompassing. I bought the full app to get the most of it, but a great deal was free and this developer doesn't harvest data or use any ads at all! Overall its beautifully designed and highly functional and detailed. I love it!
5 ★The monumental, endless journey of learning Japanese has been made infinitely easier by this app. When I think of the countless shoulders of giants that I stand on to be where I am today, Chase Colburn comes to mind. This is not just an app, but a comprehensive key to understanding a culture, and one that can open doors to countless new experiences. I could not be more grateful for the continued feature development and bug fixes.
5 ★This app is really good for learning kanji, and also hiragana and katakana for beginners, which I was when I started. There are so many tools like stoke practice and flash cards, and you can make custom sets too. The app has a free version and a paid version, but handles it really well. For free, you get all hiragana and katakana and 80 kanji, with all the bells and whistles. For $13, you get about 6000 more kanji. It's just an all around great app for anyone who's serious about learning kanji!
5 ★I'm already learning a lot! It lets you choose between having a quiz, having a guide to trace, letting you draw on a blank space while it corrects your lines, or self-grading your own hand writing. You can really go at your own pace! That said, the app is a little confusing and not the most user-friendly to navigate. But once you get started, it's a powerful leaning tool and I'm very thankful for it!
5 ★By far one of the best kanji study tools I have encountered. This app lets you practice understand, read, and write kanji, as well as provides various ways to practice and study kanji. You are also able to make custom study sets, which is handy if you want to collect all your "problem" kanji into one set. Only the first 80 characters are free, but it is well worth the price of upgrading to the full set. The upgrade price is cheaper than buying textbooks, and just as good!
5 ★Excellent app used in conjunction with other language-learning software. I can make custom vocab lists based on what I'm learning, and I appreciate the range of study options. The process drawing out kanji with proper stroke order makes remembering them, and recognizing them later, happen so much more quickly. But a quick timed quiz or flash card study are good when I'm short on time. TLDR: If you're seriously learning Japanese, buy this app. And then also go buy the developer lunch. It's worth.
