1 ★This app is a nightmare. Half the time it doesn't stay open in the background. The download time is very slow in the modern world (surely the size of a low Res clip from an rsi camera shouldn't take 10 minutes?). The app only seems happy on an all singing, all dancing phone and the basic rugged devices we use mean you miss lots of activations unless you're logged in.

3 ★This app would be better if you could view past alarms the same as the PC interface. The app doesn't store past events, and should have more settings regarding arming/disarming

1 ★Was ok at first. However the last update has made it unusable. The app now uses the alarm system instead of the media. This has resulted in not being able to control alarm volumes! I am on call 24/7 so need an app that it running all the time, now I can't. At night now myself, & others, are unable to use it due to the new set up. Yes I can adjust the volume of alarms, but only on an I individual basis of ones i set up, so am unable or have access to the alarm for this app. A colleague of mine has contacted the company on a few occasions, however with little success & a 'take it or leave it' attitude. So, it is a case of leave it & myself & others will be going elsewhere as we need to be able to control how loud we need the alarm & not full volume that this app says we must have.

2 ★The app has a few problems.. other than being laggy on occasion and having no way of turning all sites off. The massive deal breaker with the software for me is the fact notifications do not respect the volume on my device - if I turn notifications down, I don't expect webeye to feel their app knows better.

1 ★Who the heck programs these stupid apps?? Are you guys actually smoking crack as you program? Doesnt work. In fact I have gotten zero Avigilon apps to connect to our cams at the hospital. All 3 admins have tried without success. You programmers actually should find another profession! Seriously!
