Description
You can type text easily with one hand, the hand holding the phone. Or with both hands if you like. Layouts optimized for several languages.If you want you can edit the letters and symbols on the keys, customizing the keypad for your personal requirements.
How to type: Just tap the letter, or in fewer cases, swipe a bit. This is a new approach to mobile text entry with only a small number of big buttons. Try and you will see. Or speak, and then edit the text if necessary before applying it.
Convert your speech to text, or text to speech. Translate the text and listen. Try to pronounce the same way and see if that is understood. Useful features e.g. for learning languages.
Word prediction under user control: Save long, or any, words during typing. They will be proposed to you next time you start typing them. Activate this feature in Settings! - Tip: Saving 'New_Hampshire' will output 'New Hampshire'.
Can be used as a general purpose Android keyboard, terminal emulator keyboard (SSH etc.), coder/programmer keyboard (quick access to special symbols), as a one-hand or two-hand keyboard, multi language keyboard, even as a so called chorded keyboard (optional use).
Note that during installation, you will be asked to add ComboKey to your list of optional keyboards and grant permissions to use it as a trusted keyboard. According to ComboKey Privacy Policy, the typing information is only entered to the application using the keyboard, nowhere else. - Note also, that if you store candidate words (manually) while typing, they will be kept in your device's user dictionary and, consequently, are visible there and available to other applications as well.
While typing you can switch back to the standard keyboard whenever you want. If you are comfortable with new ways of doing things, you might like this app. A bit to get accustomed to, but possibly rewarding.
Several languages are supported. You can switch quickly between two or ten presettable languages (tap or horiz. swipe on language indicator), search the web, translate the text and then listen to it etc. - In many cases, this keyboard can be used without your reading glasses if necessary.

How to install ComboKey Plus - Keyboard APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download ComboKey Plus - Keyboard APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

5 ★A great keyboard and I love to use it when I can, but I've encountered a bug where the space key's icon disappears and it no longer inserts a space. The only way I've found to fix it both times it's happened is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Other than that though, I love the concept and the app is very well made with lots of settings.
4 ★I've been using this keyboard on and off and I'm quite impressed! It's not too difficult to learn and feels pretty natural once you get the flow. It might be past the scope of the project, but I'd appreciate an option to customise the font of the keys for accessability (such as Open Dyslexic) or just for fun!
2 ★I wanted this to be good. Phone keyboards need innovation, but this is not the solution. I've used Combo Keyboard for two days, and my hand hurts from craning my thumb. The app wants you to use only the thumb — why else would the app only put buttons on one side? — but the buttons are uncomfortably close to the right corner. The app claims to allow two finger input, but the multi-touch is lacking. Resting a finger elsewhere stops you from sliding to secondary keys (which are poorly laid out).
5 ★Great app it is a big improvement over standard keyboard layout when typing with thumbs. One bug though the forward bs stopped working it works like the normal bs. One request when switching language within combo kb the mode changes back to abc. Is it possible to stay in Abc ABC 123 mode? thanks!
4 ★Great for someone with GKOS and MessagEase experience as l have. I am constantly using this in Duolingo now, where I am constantly switching between English and Russian.

5 ★nice, scientific, convenient .. good for elderly, kids, novices .. also experts once they master it .. fast too .. the spoken letters feature makes learning sounds of other languages a lot of fun .. teaching the shapes & sounds of own language to children easy & fun too .. for the elderly withe poor vision the large buttons and flashing large letters with audio feedback makes texting so much more accurate & possible compared to other keyboards' tiny keys, with 15 large keys here - tap/swipe !
