2 ★Was ok until now the app wants you to update through side load and not Google Play. States update to superpowers. It will then lock up the app if you do not click update. You have to try to hit remind me later in a split second in order to see your camera, if not you are locked on update screen I paid for a year storage and now I can't see my camera because they want you to update some malware update that can't pass Google Play
1 ★Privacy is a concern - first of all the company tries at all cost to get you to subscribe to their cloud service, now they are annoyingly trying to get you to update outside of Google services and to top it off the videos are created in a proprietary format which cannot be downloaded and seen on other video applications. I do not trust the application. Looking for something else I feel safe with to handle my needs.
3 ★It us a very quirky system. In order to connect the cam to the app, you may have to do it over and over and over... (see where I am going with this?). With that said, I have them so I use them and mostly they are fine, as long as you don't move them around alot. You do not have to get the cloud service, if you insert a memory card.
1 ★I paid $9.99 for 15 days of continuous storage on 06/09/2020 but then decided to get the 30 days continuous storage and paid another $19.95 on 06/27/2020. It indicates I have video back to June 12th 2020 but it will not let me go back that far even though I paid for it. I've sent emails to the developer about my problem(they only give u 140 characters in email to describe the problem) but have got no response. This is why I only gave 1 star. If they fix my problem soon, I will update my review.
1 ★Great app! Exactly what I needed. Giving 5 stars! I just hope that the update is from Google Play though. It is asking me to update to new version outside of Google Play. IP camera keeps disconnecting and app developers aren't putting the software updates on Google Play, and now requires mobile phone locations.
1 ★The camera works pretty good. But the company is the worst. They charge you when you have canceled and they never respond.
1 ★Absolute RUBBISH! A rip off. Don't waist your time. Very poor quality and I got maybe the best and strongest Wifi connection you get. Got a 100/100mb Fibre line. And yes the subscriptions is endless. The one thing after the other needs to be subscriped for. SPEND A LITTLE MORE WHEN YOU PURCHASE YOUR DEVICES AND SAFE ON THE LONG RUN.
5 ★Highly recommend. Audio and Motion detection. Night vision. Alarm. Change camera direction remotely. Live view with audio and microphone. Video capture. Data backup reasonably priced. I'm not tech savvy, this was a simple setup with smartphone.
2 ★Don't purchase their equipment if you don't want the monthly bill. 30 day cloud subscription gives you perfect monitoring. After its over and try to record on your on sd hard the are all types of issues. Very frustrating, research and purchase somewhere else!!!!
2 ★one of the more expensive cloud storage at $5 per mouth . when others which provides the same service are just $12 per year ! . for that not sure I would recommend also on opening app very annoying adverts trying to get users to sign up to the very expensive cloud service . Have of 26 Nov 2019 unsubscribed as price is now $6 per month way too expensive and not that good
5 ★So far, happy with this product. It's literrally having an extra eye in the eyes when we, parents, are not there. Although, hoping that you will come up soon with a rotatable 360 degrees cam 😉 but so far, so good!
2 ★The app is fine for what it is, but pushing a non google play update every time i start it up is not good. And the last time I accepted the update it changed a lot of things for the worse and I had to go back to the play version.
