# Method to recover photos or Videos when problems occur
If for some reason Gallery Pro Lock does not run, recovery can be made by following the method below.
1) Uninstall Gallery Pro
2) Download Gallery Pro from the Market and install it.
3) Go Setting in the Gallery Pro, Enter a New Password and Confirm a New Password
4) The missing files will be recovered to save in Same as a Previous one.

5 ★So far I love it. Was looking for alternative to built in Google photos app which is terrible. I like that I can customize the way photos are displayed (group by date taken, etc), and even how the app itself looks (colors). Tested folder creation, moving pics, deleting pics, editing pics, it all works like a charm. Love that internet access not needed, SO much less intrusive than Google. Thank you!
5 ★gallery app photo gallery photo gallery photo gallery This is my favourite gallery app. i purchased it awhile ago, but anyone who is here for the 3 year anniversary free app of the day should definitely grab this! But, even if you have to purchase it, you wont be disappointed. The only thing i wish it could do was add text to photos. But it does well for cropping, resizing, etc. All of this, and no unnecessary permissions!
5 ★I do not like the photo app that came with my Google pixel phone because of the way it creates folders. This app has a separate album for each folder. Very easy to back up to my PC and keep my folder structure. It will be easy for me to convert my pictures to another app or phone should I want to do that in the future.

5 ★photo gallery This gallery has very fast performance on my budget phone. The reason why I bought this app is because its open source and privacy friendly. It looks pretty simple but has quite a lot of features. I can customize the grid, change color, rename. Changing the bottom options is also a very nice feature. The same for the many sorting possibilities. I can also select multiple pics and albums and see the total size. For anyone that hates Google photos app, yuck! **Suggestion: if this had the option for keeping a row of thumbnails along the bottom during big picture preview (the way old Android gallery did) itd be perfect. Enables A/B comparison and quicker navigation without having to swipe. <3

I just wish I could install multiple instaces so I could dedicate different main folders and their sub folders to different galleries. when you have a lot of sub folders its a mess. Or, I would like to group them as a feature. but I have not seen that as an option in any gallery app at the moment.

5 ★Update 4-27-20 / FIXED! Thank you!!! Update 4-25-20 / the last few updates have made the app worse. The latest has made opening the app very slow. Its too bad, since it has been great for a long time. The new UI causes extra steps. Im reluctantly shopping for a replacement gallery now. Dec.19, 2019/ Wow! Great update!Thank you!!! Great photo gallery app. I can never go back to the stock photo app on my phone.
