Uma boa forma de conhecer e divulgar o patrimônio da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro é a apresentação para a população dos imóveis protegidos pela legislação de patrimônio cultural.Dando continuidade a uma importante iniciativa do poder público municipal, o app "Patrimônio Carioca" traz, além os registros dos tombamentos dos imóveis da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro nas três esferas de governo, suas peculiaridades e informações importantes para o conhecimento e reconhecimento do patrimônio cultural carioca.
Com este aplicativo você pode:
- Consultar as principais informações de um patrimônio (data de tombamento, descrição, endereço, foto)
- Buscar bens tombados por bairro, nome ou endereço
- Visualizar os bens tombados que estão localizados perto de você através de uma mapa ou uma lista
- Obter direcionamentos para chegar até o local desejado
- Salvar bens tombados em "Favoritos"
- Compartilhar um patrimônio por e-mail ou no Facebook
O conteúdo deste aplicativo é resultado de um trabalho conjunto do Instituto Rio Patrimônio da Humanidade (IRPH) com a Associação de Dirigentes de Empresas do Mercado Imobiliário (Ademi) e a Construtora Wtorres e, certamente, é um instrumento fundamental pois contribui para a compreensão do universo de bens protegidos, funcionando como interlocutor entre o poder público e a população.
