2 ★Since the new update on 9-29-23, I haven't been able to play. The game opens up and then immediately closes! Very frustrating:-(😡
5 ★I want to know if you guys are getting my emails, I can't play the game ,something is wrong with it, I have deleted it ten times and re-downloaded and something still wrong I have been emailing you guys and no answer to what's wrong with it
1 ★I love the game. But it constantly loses internet connection or it crashes in the middle of a game.
5 ★It's the most challenging whist game that I've tried.
1 ★You can't see others bids when it is your turn to bid which sucks if you looked away for a second. The last card feature should work as soon as you push it. By accident, with one tap I sent a player something that was 100,000 all of the coins I had. There should be a confirmation of some kind when sending gifts and not just with one tap. This has happened more than once. I emailed support to see if I could get the coins back and they said no they would not so I uninstalled game.
4 ★Additional time should be allotted in placing and discarding cards. Does not allow enough time to think about what you would like to throw away. After the bid goes around and it is time for your to bid, you cannot observe what and who previously bid. Consequently, you might mistakenly take your partner out because you can't observe the prior bid. This needs to be re-programmed immediately. All bids should be displayed until the last bid is taken. Real big "pet peeve" for me.
1 ★After uninstalling, thought this game might get a bit fairer, NOT EVEN CLOSE. If players think the algorithm is truly random, just look at the patterns of solo play as well as the player data-statistics. Just played 3 matches with Bid Whist Plus bots - won't spend a dime with matches like these. Designed with a computer algorithm my foot! Routinely pull a total of 4 tricks in 3 games of a 7 game / 30 point match, where their bots pull 15 - 18 tricks in same 3-game span. R-I-G-G-E-D!!!
1 ★The games layout is missing the bonus coin box in the top right section on my screen. I have not been able to log in at all for several days now. I've communicated with your support and still no success of playing. Something has gone terribly wrong with this game.
2 ★I love this app and game!!! I've played with some great people all over the world! Updated: Today, September 28, 2023, the App is not functioning properly! I can't get my free coins or play without glitches! I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice so far and the problems are still there! I play this game each and everyday! I love it, but not today! Please fix it!!!
2 ★You cannot login with Facebook. The login closes when you have to change windows on your phone to see the authenticator code
1 ★*8/15/19 UPDATE*- still failing to load. Zynga has been very gracious (and quick, might I add) to respond, yet they have no solution. Once they were out of ideas, the replies stopped. The technical glitches know no bounds at this point. UNINSTALLED WITH NO RESOLUTION. The game has failed to load for like a month straight now. As soon as u try to log in it just says it's having technical issues & to try again later. Uninstalled & re-installed numerous times.
4 ★I have played this games for several years now....but today someone hacked this game! As i attempted to go into the game, my screen started flashing, going to various screens and then blacked out. I tried to go into my anti-virus app but was unable. It gave a message that someone may be overlapping which prevented the app from opening. Plz fix as I love this game. I also Uninstalled the GinRummy game out of fear. Plz investigate and advise.
