5 ★I was able to renew my prescription 30 seconds after signing up. This was so easy to set up and quick to get in touch with a gp. Also, I entered what I needed at 6am and it found someone right away.. I highly recommend it if you too have issues getting an appointment from your family doctor or if you just don't have one. The rates are much more affordable than the in person private GPs from my area.

2 ★Fine for the ear infection I had and needed a prescription. This time around Maple gave me a requisition for ultrasound. Ultrasound clinic has a policy to only give results to referring doctor. Now I want to follow-up on results and Maple cancels consultation requst stating in-person care needed... Now my results are inaccessible to me and I wasted my time and money, back to square one.

Dr.Lau has been the doctor I have seen twice now and the app is so easy to use and the wait times are almost nil and the professionalism and thoroughness of the consultations is amazing. Straight forward, 24/7 care and I felt like I was treated with dignity and respect. 10 stars....100 stars. This way of accessing care is unmatched in my lifetime. 2 ★It's a very cool idea. But not executed well. I got free access thanks to my Healthcare, but honestly, I'm gonna be filling surveys to tell the gsa it isn't worthwhile. Minor skin issue. The kind of thing you want a minor topical cream for... hey, go to in person... If you can't handle a minor minor issue like this without sending me to in person (something I explicitly went with the app to avoid having to deal with...) Why? Are you just for worried parents to be able to text a doctor.
1 ★*Copied someone else* DO NOT GET THIS APP. Used to be pay per visit, which would be fantastic, but now they are forcing their customers to pay an outrageous 80$ a month to NOT even use any of the services. They say its to allow greater health care coverage, but if it was, they would allow the option. The Customer service is extremely buggy and unreliable. I have put in 4 requests for an appointment and they rejected all 4 without giving me any reason why. Horrible, horrible app.
