3 ★The first time I used the app it was great. Fast and easy. Unfortunately there are rarely any available time slots so you have to constantly check back. Each time you try again, you have to enter your issues all over again. It's a pain. I did discover that even though there are no free appointments available, if you are willing to pay, there are all kinds of appointments available.
5 ★I didn't expect to have a quick consult right after sign up! It was well worth the money to get exactly what I needed for my situation. I will recommend 100%!!
1 ★Update: awful app. The response I got from support was just as useless as the doctor I was assigned. I requested a prescription refill but the doctor assigned to me wouldn't refill it and then left without letting me respond. I have no other options and no other way to get this refilled but he wouldn't even let me speak, he just said no and left. Terrible experience.

5 ★Just a wonderful app. I see a doctor within minutes each time. They are able to.submit sick notes and prescriptions.
1 ★Really disappointed with them I tried booking a Covid test for travel but, I was forced to download the app and register. Then I had to send an email because there is no phone number to call. I got answered telling me that it only opens at 9 am - 2pm Knowing that it costs 159$ to do the test.The problem is results can take 2 days to come out while it only takes 5-6 hours in some countries . No use for travel.
5 ★I'm really lucky that my company pays for this service, I live in a tiny town that doesn't have an after-hours clinic and the neither does the next town over. I was able to describe the pain I have , answer any questions they had and have antibiotics prescribed and faxed to my local pharmacy.

1 ★This is a bait and switch scam. Ads say nothing of fees. Online says 5 mins... ads say 2 mins. Easy to sign up on misleading ads. I had to repeat request 4 times ... To close. long customer service assistance trying to get me in when I was clear I'm trying to close.
