1 ★My flight which I selected to be without any stop was changed to a flight with 6 hour waiting time without any information. Also if you try calling the customer service, they're either unavailable or the unresponsive. Also, I selected and paid for my seat but had to pay again for the seat after they changed my flight schedule without notice. Ask for a refund and they'll keep diverting you continuously. Avoid Go Airlines, it'll give you headache. *WORST AIRLINES AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE*

I had booked the ticket on 12 may 2021 and cancel it on 13 may 2021 as customer care told me that you will get refunded amount after 15 days ..And now on 24 may 2021 told me that i need to wait for 30 days .I called the customer support but they put my calls on hold and tell me for a call back but not recieve ...
1 ★Worst experience ever. My flight was cancelled from their side without any prior notice. I went to airport snd found out the status of flight. I then asked for refund and they said they have initiated it. It's been 15 days and still they have just initiated it. Wrote to all mail ID's available still haven't received any reply yet. 2 ★Booked Go Air tickets for the first time recently. Not much of an issue, but one flight they preponed 10 hours earlier. And another flight some days later they canceled. They informed in both cases, but I just found it odd. So people who don't like such things, avoid Go Air.

1 ★First Booking and Worse Experience! My flight on dated 24 April 2021, @7.20 pm was cancelled and rescheduled for @8.30pm. Again they cancelled and rescheduled for @5.20pm without giving any prior information. I received a called at 4.55pm telling me that my flight was rescheduled just 25mins before departure. Who on earth could travel 25km journey within short notice to catch the flight?On top of this, customer service are pathetic and nightmare! Don't ever think of travelling with GoAir.
