L'amélioration de l'habitat insalubre et du cadre de vie en général,
La défense des intérêts matériels et moraux des habitants, le conseil, le soutien aux familles dans l'accomplissement de leurs démarches administratives,
La promotion des actions de proximité qui peuvent conduire à l'insertion économique et sociale des individus en situations précaire
L'organisation d'actions de formations
La mise en place de chantiers d'insertions et de chantiers école dans le secteur du bâtiment et de la paysagerie et des espaces verts
