A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★It's great when it works, and I like the challenges. My app disconnects from my Cubii several times a day, requiring me to manually disconnect and reconnect the app to the Cubii so that it can update my progress. If I forget to do this prior to leaving work, then the app doesn't log the exercise I've done. I've restarted the app, my bluetooth, my phone several times, and I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app as well as resetting my Cubii and unpairing/repairing it. This problem still persists. Sometimes when trying to manually reconnect my Cubii, the app can't even detect my Cubii even though the blue light is flashing. This has been happening for months, and I frequently check for app updates. My phone's operating system is also up to date, so I really can't tell what the issue is. If I stop pedaling for any length of time, this happens.
5 ★After last update I had to uninstall the app and reinstall. I like the new design of the app. I wish this had the ability to directly sync with Samsung Health.
1 ★Doesn't stay connected to device when you resume activity. UPDATE: Contacted customer service. Told to uninstall app, update, and try again. Still same issue. If you don't mind disconnecting and reconnecting your Cubii to the app every time you use it, I guess the app works fine. I don't like doing that, hence the rating. UPDATE: Was sent a new Cubii and was told that was the issue with the app disconnecting. It wasn't. Still does the same thing.
5 ★I love my Cubii. Initially the bluetooth connectivity with the app was horrible. It would take forever to connect, but this appears to be fixed! It connects every time right away! I like that you can set goals and see progress over several days, months and more. Customer service has also been amazing, very quick to respond and on top of things. Love this product and app and highly recommend it!
4 ★The app tells you calories, strides, miles, and minutes, so it is probably sufficient for most people. I have two Cubii Pros and it works pretty well but it doesn't auto pick the device even though they are miles apart. I have to select the device that I want to activate which isn't a big deal, but it would be nice if it would auto pick the unit I was using. I would also like to see the app compatible with MyFitnessPal or some of the other popular options. That would be very helpful. The only other thing I can think of is that it doesnt seem to know which resistance setting I have selected on the unit. It seems like the pro version would be able to tell the app which resistance setting that was selected. I am sure it changes the calories burned etc.
1 ★I just downloaded the upgrade. I went to open and it immediately crashed every time I tried. Now I do not have a useable version. Wonderful!
1 ★Connected via Bluetooth and was tracking everything properly for the first day or two. No longer works starting 3pm today even with app open and pedaling despite the Bluetooth and battery icon being lit up
1 ★Got my Cubii in March and it's among my most regretted purchases. The machine itself is fine, but I bought it for the connectivity. I get it working for days or weeks, then an OS update or a new phone leads to hours of troubleshooting. It's demotivating. I'm not a beta tester, but I sure feel like one who paid hundreds for the privilege.
1 ★Doesn't work with Android. Unless you have an iPhone, you probably shouldn't bother. Like many others here, this won't sync with my Cubii, whether I reset my bluetooth cache or not. Unisntall, reinstall the app, then they want you to hard reset the machine by yanking out the battery and putting it back in. A little more effort from them and a lot less from me would be nice. Buy the cheap model or not at all.
4 ★It's a decent app, but is necessary for the bluetooth pro version of the Cubii. I like that it connects with my Fitbit - I get a lot more steps per day now. My prime dislike about the app is that I have to keep it running in order to make sure my use of the Cubii records for the correct day. Otherwise, everything just stacks up and loads on the day you connect it. [I had been using it one week without the app running - when I turned the app on, it showed a ton of steps for that day and zero for the days prior.]
3 ★Machine is good, software needs some work. Cubii saying that they now think it takes 5000 strides to a mile makes no sense. If I Cubii with the same effort (pace twice as fast as my usual walking pace) for 15-20 minutes, it should indicate about 1 mile, just like I was walking. But with the Cubii app it's way way off, telling me it's well over an hour (80 minutes) to do a mile.
1 ★This app is terrible. My bluetooth is connected and I'm pedaling and nothing is being tracked. I got it to track one time and this is my third time trying to get it to connect again. I've logged in and out of the app, restarted my phone, disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth connection. What was the point of paying extra for the Bluetooth and tracking capabilities when it doesn't work?
