The ePlatform app gives students and patrons access to eBook and Audiobook collections at the tap of a button. Start reading and listening anytime, anywhere. ePlatform is optimised for smartphones and tablets so you can take your library with you wherever you go.It is quick, simple and free to download. Within minutes you’ll be able to read library eBooks and listen to Audiobooks across a multiple array of devices. You can even read and listen offline.

1. Using the app, find your School or Public Library.
2. Login to authenticate yourself as a student of the school or library member (using your library card ID).
3. Search, browse, look inside/ sample audio, borrow and reserve.
Titles return automatically after the loan period so there is no need to worry about late fees, otherwise you can choose to return them early too. The App also synchronises reading location, highlights, notes and settings between devices.

3 ★My app keeps crashing and having a server error. I also have issues with the audio books stopping, then playing a few chapters behind. Please fix these issues as this platform is fantastic for my school age child to get into reading more
2 ★What happened? It's all I'm asking. Thursday (23/10/19) I was reading my book & it was working perfectly, then that night when I went to read again it stopped? It kept saying app not working, I deleted the app on Friday & re-downloaded it, I turned my data off once it downloaded then this notification I've never seen before came up? Some hours go by of it working, then nothing it just stopped again? Even with internet it's not working? And it's when I'm trying to read?! Why?
2 ★I've had problems with audio books stopping randomly and then when you press play again, it's a chapter or two behind where you were up to. Not great for keeping track of what you're up to. Had this problem on two different phones.
2 ★App freezes regularly, which means books need to be reloaded. The light function is unnecessary, you can use the devices light settings. I used Overdrive without any problems, but this app is a pain to use.
1 ★Paused and went back in and it makes a sound like a phone getting notifications constantly. Rebooted phone, unloaned book. Still doing it. It's only on playing audio book. I'm now going to try uninstalling app.
5 ★Just finished reading my first ebook using ePlatform, absolutely no issues at all. Very pleased with the reading options offered. I'm looking forward to reading my next book.
3 ★It was working quite well for a few months at fist and I was really happy. However, today I noticed that I could not go to the next page and that every time I'd try, it would take me back to my loan menu.
3 ★Having problems updating font size and font type. It keeps reverting back to what it was. Also I can only pick my browsing menu when my tablet is on landscape. Little things but annoying 🙄
4 ★Was very happy until the last week or so, when I open up my books are not showing, tells me my shelf is empty. I'm going to uninstall then reinstall hopefully this will work
1 ★Very disappointed. If I could give it zero I would have. Why is it that every time I pick up my tablet to read I have to find the book first then open it. Updates on a regular basis then your pestered to reload. Annoying, I suggest if there is another book reader product option available then use the alternative.
4 ★Awful - I downloaded 'harry potter and the goblet of fire' at first I saw nothing wrong but then I realised (the book started referring to Cedric's death half way through the first chapter) that whilst the blurb, front cover and title was for the book I thought I downloaded, they had attached the wrong file. It then said the book was finished after the first chapter.
2 ★The problem is that it often takes way too long to load. Turning pages is almost impossible becausd it is that slow, it is very hard to use the app.
