This app allows hotel employees to document the receipt of guests’ laundry for washing/cleaning as well as the subsequent return of laundry to the guest.The current processing status of the order is also detected and tracked.
The guest can confirm the order and later receipt of the clean laundry on a smartphone or tablet.
This ensures that order details, costs incurred and the subsequent delivery of clean laundry are clearly documented.
All involved hotel laundry staff members have access to the order data at all times and can, for example, see which order has which status.
Laundry service orders are logged with a smartphone or tablet, for example, when laundry collection takes place in a hotel room.
For stationary laundry collection/delivery, the processes is logged with a standard PC with an Internet connection. Special software is not required.
