This is a very productive App and booking engine for MarkMyDiary to help you manage your Client and Business Appointments, Customer Contacts and Billing. Business owners can also choose to configure their Appointment Schedule or Courses, Events, Activities and Tours.
This App can also double up as a mini CRM which assists you to communicate with your clients over Email and SMS. SMS and Email Templates can be created and used to send out Appointment Reminders by tapping on reminder notification, make new Announcements, send thank you notes etc.
With team share option, you can share the appointments with your team members in real time. Online Calendar publishing option allows your clients to view your published schedule and book their appointments directly. Clients can also provide their feedback post their appointment. Clients can make bookings via the internet or web, via your website in which you can publish your personalized MarkMyDiary badge, via Facebook, apart from very user friendly MarkMyDiary App on iPhone and Android. Clients will also be able to reschedule and cancel appointments and last minute cancellations are drastically reduced.
Ready Reports are available to track your top clients including viewing the entire appointment history of your clients. Detailed report for given date range can be exported from the system via your inbuilt email to help you compile your client data. This app can be used for booking appointments by doctors, lawyers, property and real estate brokers, consultants, car service stations, machinery repair and servicing, industrial suppliers, engineering works, heavy equipment repair maintenance, salesman, spa and salon owners, personal trainers, coaches, physiotherapists, restaurant table booking or any other small and medium business owners for that matter. Tour, Activity Operators or Courses can also configure their schedule and courses in the course mode. All these are done with simple interfaces and with your mobile device and no complicated web logins with training are required. Try this App once and you will never need any help with appointment bookings and client communications.
The pro version gives you a 100 appointments trial to evaluate the solution. After first 100 Appointment, you will need to pay US$25/- per year to continue to use the base version. Addon’s for 1 Member or 5 Member Team Share can be separately purchased if required.

2 ★The appointment SMS reminders have stopped, which caused me to miss 2 appts. The whole purpose of the app for me, was to be reminded of appts. I've checked all the settings and all seems to be set correctly. I wish there was an 800 number so I could get some assistance.

1 ★I paid for app when it was committed one time payment for life. You are free to bring new product but forcing old customer to change or subscribe is unethical. Such company dont last for long. All future buyers are warned, they may stop your service in middle and ask for rate revisions so Beware these people are cheats....
3 ★The previous version I had with my Iphone was much better. I could book multiple slots on one day, I could change or edit the time if the client needed to reschedule, no need for additional team members, etc. This version is giving me the hardest time. As well, I chose my working hours as 9-5 and its only allowing me 9-2. Very frustrating and I just downloaded today. Please fix.
2 ★The old version of this program was way better. It takes forever to load and book appointments. I also can't use it while I'm on the phone which is a nightmare because new clients call me and I can't see my appointments and what I have open to offer them.
1 ★I sent support emails on 3 separate occasions with no response at all. How in the world do you expect to make sales??? Its like you don't want my money. Love the app, but the lack of customer support will make me go elsewhere
