1 ★The first and worst experience I've had with. I booked a bike ride today morning for the first time and the drive told me to wait for 10-12min max when I clearly told him is it gonna be the exact time he said I won't have to wait more than 10-15min but at last he was 20min late and still waiting. When I clearly told him on a call that I need to get to my destination on time. Seems like he has no value of time. I mean how irresponsible we book this ride to get somewhere on time and not be a late.
1 ★Literally the worst app!! You guys can't even use the Google map API properly! Instead of making your stupid interface just use the GMAP API. The map interface can't even search for a given location. This app is a nightmare. What kind of idiot developers are behind this stupid app!!

1 ★I basically don't complain about apps and services mostly but the service and behaviour of you drivers is worst... you need to teach them costumer service and not to insult your costumers.... It happened twice..and I was asked to cancel the ride..
5 ★Very convenient and much cheaper way to get around Kathmandu if you are alone and dont want to pay high Rs for taxi. Pick your pickup and drop off point and you will see the price. Simple. The motorcyclist gives you a call before they come to pick you up. And can be tracked on the app. The in-app map is very good at locating street names. Runs smooth as well. Hoping to see their services spread throughout other cities as well in future
5 ★It is nice App for the people who want to travel. It is quick and less expensive than P*T*A*. Most importantly it is local. I personally urge the people to support local product.
4 ★This has been one of the most helpful services and no wonder people are using it for daily commutes but I have something to say about the app. 1. I have been getting error when trying to select pickup points. Most of the days it would be solved after 3/4 clicks but someday I couldn't select the point at all. This is a suggestion: 1. It would be great if we could save our everyday destination and pickup points. It would be easy to book ride in an instant when we are at same pickup points and for same destinations.
