3 ★This is an old app and the first app I registered as a rider. For that reason ,I havean attachment with it but still it has something big to improve. Tootle should develop google map navigation within. we as a rider have to click on booking but if its slow we fail to pick nearest client. Tootle should offer a ride request to rider as per the location near to rider.
1 ★After the upgrade, the app sucks alot had to wait hours for just one ride it would be better if you guys can switch back to the older tootle partner app. This one sucks
2 ★Whatever I earn is all expenses. if there was the system of getting notification to the nearest rider only then it would be best for rider and customer both. we rider would save our fuel and the customer would save their time. sometimes the clints are so close to us but someone accepts before us (even though we try to accept in lightening speed) who is miles away, then we have to accept the customers who are miles away. and while accepting please remove that "Are you sure" wala option. so irritat
1 ★As you're in competition, you need to update the app, and make it more reliable, ani arko kura if the riders and not going to pick up then they shouldn't be hitting the accept button constantly like they're playing whack a mole, they should've checked the location analyze before accepting, hope you'll improve.... its good but riders need to get trained.
5 ★I have used before as partner but since this new updated version is not opening fast and closing also same issue need to listing it please .since we got to know it's Nepali project then we start to love it but still issue is same .that's why so many partner moved to pathao if I, my wrong then sorry but it's realistic please fix this problem.
1 ★The app has become very unstable! Doesn't start quickly and even if it does, just crasesh not so long after! When going online it shows "something is wrong. Please try again" Didn't get any ride request in two days the app has some issues clearly! Fix them for a 5 🌟!

3 ★Notification to nearest rider system should be brought.this is nepali app this is why i support it over pathao.pathao may have overtaken tootle for now but tootle have potential to be back.stop doing same mistake over and over again.pathao have given huge facility to client but rider is very unhappy with unnecessary fine flag,suspend,huge 20 per commission thats already making rider sick so tootle its a friendly suggestion its time for you to bring huge change.So learn and act before its to late
4 ★after the update, it's been easy for us but there's an issue on this app. the tootle balance system should be changed because we riders should get paid by cash not by tootle balance system. after all these done the app will be perfect for riders.
3 ★Please add run in background option. When I go online and start using other app, the app goes offline atomatically. I dont have to keep Tootle screen open all the time when online. Something is wrong in the new version.
2 ★Every time i open this app it says to update and I'm using the updated latest version available. And when ever i try to accept the ride all of sudden that user is not available and after while again that user is available.
2 ★Download the app, but never sends me verification code. Reinstalled it, but the problem occurs again. Even after a day of waiting, the code still doesn't come.
