3 ★Horrible customer service prior to my service being " Reactivated" without my consent or having had even read an email about it. The ONLY plus is that it's easy and the lawn care provider (mark) in my area is a stellar dude and will come back and do an excellent job even if lawn guru's customer service reps don't. I cancelled service after mine was "reactivated" today without my consent. The work, is good though!

5 ★The app itself works great. It is easy to set up a property, add payment info and schedule services. But, our pro is what makes this app so great. Every time Arthur mows he edges perfectly straight lines along the driveway, sidewalk and all of the paths. He always makes sure there are no clippings out of place. He goes above and beyond making sure our lawn looks fantastic every single time he comes out. We are hoping to still have him mowing at our new home.
1 ★You can't even trace the perimeter because the drawing portion is garbage. As for the reply to my review, you can't run a business when your app doesn't work properly and then you act rude toward your potential customers. Definitely makes me want to actually try the app when everyone has the same problem and you respond defensively and rude.
1 ★The app is fine but the service the company provides is, in my opinion, awful. There are better options out there. Update: I believe the company's response below is disingenuous and in my opinion is an indication of what to expect if you have an issue with them. The issue was not the $5. It was the rudeness and unhelpfulness of their representative from the moment they were contacted. A complete record of that dialogue is being forwarded to the founder team.
2 ★I feel like this app is pretty useless for the most part. I may try it for monthly mowing and/or snow services, but beyond that I don't really get any responses for yard work. I guess there's not many providers in my area? 🤷♀️ Also, I only get one quote at a time. I wish I'd get more so I can compare prices before rejecting one and HOPING someone else will offer. I've had much better luck with home advisor and the yellow pages.
5 ★nobody I talked to had ever used/heard of this app which had a little sketchy at first. but after being screwed by many landscapers decided, why not, and signed up anyway. On the first visit i was beyond pleased with the contractor, Brian, they provided me. Very professional, and great at what he does!! very pleased with the app!! definite must for a person who works too much and can't find time nor motivation to maintain the yards after work
4 ★My problem was tracing and messaging. I got the yard somewhat traced properly but I wish that the app would alert me when I have a new message come through. Or at least work with my default text app. Service so far has been good. I've only had one job done so I hope for good experiences in the future.
2 ★App worked perfectly fine until recent update. Logged in to discover property information is erased. App suddenly closes when inputting property address. Every time I reopen the app it immediately requests to verify phone number but only results in error message stating that my phone number is already associated with an account (which is my own). Uninstalling/reinstalling app only it repeats the issue.
