1 ★Please use some money (to upgrade this filthy app) which you collected as premium by looting customers which always says 'techinal problem,try later'. R u kidding! Your Technical problem lasts forever! And why don't you have a web login portal for customers? Your app never works, so where does the customer go to see their account details? If u can't give customer service, just close your business guys! A very very very disappointed customer!
1 ★Not able to login to this app since I have installed this Health jinn app.It gives same message " Something went wrong" everytime I login with correct credentials.Raised ticket with customer service and no resolution even after a month of follow up.I had taken the policy with Apollo Munich two years ago and post HDFC takeover this issue has cropped up.
1 ★Active policy disappeared both from the app and the website. App says we can add new policy by clicking "Add Policy" button which is nowhere to be found.

1 ★It's worst and annoying app i try to login but it sowh "something went wrong" my password successfully set and also i got msg from system often and often, i also received login OTP many time but still it shows same msg. It is just wasting a time
2 ★Many of the features are just for show and doesn't work. Can't book the appointment, can't use the symptoms check, can't chat with doctor. So why these false options has been given.
1 ★Very poor app. Very limited fearures, which are not much user friendly. Insurance compny acknowledge your claim on email, but it should not reflect in this app. Many debugging required in this app.
1 ★Customer Care Toll free does not pick the calls, rather message of audio is repeated for last 20 min. Moreover, If you chat with doctor, The doctor replies after 5-6 hours or even more time is taken. Service is poor.

1 ★Pathetic and worst app I've seen in my whole life. Would have given a negative rating, but the lowest Google allows is 1 star and hence going with it. For about a month, trying to open the app. Everytime it says - "We're facing some technical challenges. Please try again later". Seriously? Technical challenges for a month? Looks like the app has been shut down in the backend but to save their face, the company is still marketing it and has not pulled down from the playstore.
