1 ★This is a fraudulent app. Sync doesn't work most of the time and they will put you in lower category of health intentionally so they don't have to provide you health returns. There are lot of issues in syncing part and even after syncing it doesn't increase activ health dayz many times and you have to call their customer care. Would not recommend Aditya Birla Health insurance to anyone, Agent will try to trap you in any way.
1 ★You people have only advertising strategies build inside each features. I cannot sync my Fastrack watch. If I want to log Gym checkin & checkout, there I can select only Gyms where you guys have tie-up. Cannot select my Gym by location. Pathetic! If you want to have the advertisement & other business stuffs, go & find alternatives. It's not even having single feature for your policy customers except Profile & policy management. Disappointed
2 ★The app usually worked fine for me. Synching the steps is a task the app needs to stay open in background to make it easy but i have been facing another issue where it clearly says I have completed more than 10k steps yet it is not being counted as an Activ Day.
3 ★The app is supposed to auto sync with Google fit steps but every now and then we have to ABH Customer Care that syncing has a problem and only then the syncing happens and Activ Dayz are counted. In this age of automation Activ is still in manual mode.
1 ★Most of the time it does not work as it is supposed to be. Also, the sync does not work well neither the active return get credited accordingly. Appointment booking takes 3 to 4 days to book. Totally worst app.
1 ★Hardly ever works properly. Barely syncs woth the selected device. Takes ages to sync your health reports to your policy. Everything it is supposed to make easy, it makes it more complicated and time consuming.
2 ★google fit is not link with this app and I think only device can be linked. for this we have to buy new smart watch.
3 ★The app is able to linked only Garmin and Fitbit, both are too much expencive, need to compatible more wearable like amezfit mi etc. Google fit only count steps, NOT excercises and calory count. It is very difficult to run carrying phone.
1 ★My Noise Colour Fit Pro 5 iss not connecting with the app. When I click on The Noise watch option, nothing happens. Why?
2 ★Sometimes steps not synchronized. Policy details are also not open many time. It shows some error.
1 ★Before buying health policy the I was promised with some stupid ideas like sync all yo daily activities here n you'll eligible for some discount in the coming year. But Here the app itself is not working properly, problem in synching, problem in showing health records, problem in linking the policy number, no gyms found, n yeah most important "Our team is working hard on this current issue" popular pop up I get. I know this is useless comment but I hope my issue gets resolved
1 ★Pathetic experience. I am trying to renew policy but unable to remove optional covers. It is simply frustrating to call multiple times on toll free number and wait for hours. Better to choose any other health insurance. Policy number 21-20-0036654-02
