5 ★I have never written a review for an app before but I am so impressed with daily yoga that I felt I had to share how great it is. I genuinely look forward to doing a yoga practice every day now , it never gets boring because every session is different, I love how you can choose how long you want a session to last and even which voice you have talking you through your session , you can also choose the music you have which is great. I started off using the app to help me with anxiety and depression which it has really helped with because I find just taking as little as 10 minutes to do some yoga when you can completely switch off from all that’s going on around you and just focus on the movement and breathing is so calming . I’ve also been amazed how flexible I have become in about a month of starting to use this app. Amazing app with a fantastic production. Teaches you yoga at your pace. Everything about Daily Yoga is perfect, from the moves to the music and the voiceovers. From absolute beginner to seasoned experts, Daily Yoga is for you. I can’t recommend it highly enough !
5 ★I reviewed Daily Yoga previously when I downloaded one year ago. But love it so much I’ve just purchased a year’s subscription. Slight technical issue when switching to the new subscription - fantastic, prompt communication and it was resolved really quickly. I love that you can really tailor this app to your mood and body. You can pick the type of yoga, length of the practice, and a focus for the session if you wish. You can even change the voice and music if you want to. It would be nice to be able to select certain postures to leave out to really tailor completely, but (a) you can swipe past them to move on and (b) not like you could do that in a yoga class anyway. I love that even if you select the same options, it gives you a different sequence each time, but also the option to save a workout if you love it, so you can repeat it in the future. My motivation is generally pretty poor, but Daily Yoga has really kept me interested and I have felt so much better since doing it regularly. Comfortably the best thing I’ve ever downloaded.
5 ★I have been doing yoga for years, even did a yoga teacher training. I like Daily Yoga because it inspires me and encourages me to try new things and change things up a bit. I normally just put my headphones in and follow the instructions without having to look at the screen much. This is the first app I decided to pay for, however I did it as part of an online campaign where they offered 30% off, not sure if I would pay the full price, as I find that a bit too expensive. I really like the music in the app. The person who is doing the exercises is very skilled and sometimes looks a bit too “not very human”. A friend of mine who is a beginner says he find her a bit intimidating especially for someone who is new to yoga. That being said, I am not sure how good it is for someone who doesn’t have much experience or issues around knees, back, shoulder, neck for which I would recommend getting some experience first with a good teacher. Really helpful app, tailor-made for you. Recommended to all yogis
5 ★A friend of mine had mentioned about daily yoga as he said he uses it and has found great relief from back ache, so I went ahead and downloaded the app. I have literally just done the my first practise session of daily yoga. So this is my first ever yoga session and I will admit it was a bit of a struggle not having excellent balance (on one leg at a time), and flexibility is an issue, but I persevered and done it. Now feeling pretty chilled and will see how I get on. Good video to follow even if it is awkward trying to watch what they are doing while trying to mimic what your seeing.Update. Having used it on and off for a year roughly now, I can say that flexibility has improved and my balance is better. I never going to have the flexibility of a teenager again but I’m way more flexible than friends my age. Great app. I am enjoying using this app every day, and I’m feeling the benefits for both mind and body. Highly recommended, I bought a year’s subscription and it's worth every penny!
5 ★Got this app a decade ago on the iPod touch and thought I'd revisit it as I'm getting back into fitness. There is so much more content and tools for putting together tailored programs. I find it easy to follow the instructions and they usually go over varied positions for those who are not yet that flexible. There is also a bit more community interaction than when I used it before, which I think helps a bit with motivation.
2 ★If you are a 'standard', able bodied person, this app might be for you. If you are someone with pain, someone with flexability challenges, someone /not/ thin and young and lithe and perfectly capable of doing the poses as shown, or even just a little TIME to figure out the pose, this app is NOT for you. I'm a plus size person with wrist pain and hip pain, hoping to get more into yoga to help with said pain and flexibility. I found the teachers to go way too fast and was unable to find a way to go back a couple seconds to repeat instructions without restarting the whole section. There are also no 'try this if it hurts or you can't do the standard pose' kind of alternate instructions like I've seen some yoga instructors have. I was also not pleased to see, even in premium, that you still had to pay extra for many classes, and that there were still ads. Trial canceled, no thanks! I'll take my achy body elsewhere.

3 ★I'm using the premium version of the app. I have tried using smart coach plan,I feel some of the practices are hard for a beginner, if they provide a Feedback option at the end of the practice, it would be great. The idea is to take the Feedback and you prepare the next day routine accordingly. I didn't see the option in beginner yoga of smart coach plan.
5 ★Love this app. I grabbed the premium on sale and have had it over a year, it's such a great customizable yoga app. I can make my own schedule or follow one of their curated programs. The instructions are always clear and even level 1 can be challenging. I live that I can search for specific areas of the body to target and I love the menstrual cycle series!
5 ★For 25 years I’ve been looking for a self-driven yoga instruction system that was more than a book with myriad instructions—that you had to “stop and read, stop and read” but was also not an hour long complex video instruction that burned you out and drove you off the first time. THIS IS IT!!! Easy to learn from, multiple levels, and effective. I felt a change from my first ten minute Beginner session and I was hooked. Absolutely the best app ever for you self-conscious beginners. It’s already changed my life. Thank you, Daily Yoga!
