5 ★Great Internet and Great Service. I have been using Cliq for the last 3 months and i have saved a tremendous amount of money. Even though people tell Cliq internet is not fast. I usually use internet in my 3 floor in my house there it works perfect in average speed which is both convenient for browsing as well as watching videos usually smooth i watch 720p hd videos but most of the time buffering doesnt happen. When i go to ground floor and use internet it becomes very slow.
1 ★Eariler we had 4G... Now it has decreased to the 3G.. And my phone's signals indicate H+ Why did you decrease the signal level?????? New :- I started using 4G 15 days plan, 8 months ago for Rs.497/= and I was so glad I am having this sim for data..but why is it now has become 3G. and my signal indicates H+ earlier was 4G Why are you decreasing the service..when customers are happy with the current plans?? now 4G plan is for 15 days is Rs. 1245/= ??? Why is it too high..? This is not fair..!!!!!
1 ★Don't activate 4G packages. They will limit you to 1mbps after one day. It's not unlimited. They are cheating. Don't activate. I have complained about this. Still didn't get any solution after 4 days. Very disappointed.
1 ★Everything was best when i was using etisalat cliq app ..But after hutch took etisalat under thrir control that was the last day we felt best network ..fully cheating and sug our money ..Worst network plan in this modern world ...3G plan worst ever ..Poor speed ..Even we can't watch single 5 minutes video... No need this plan anymore ....If they update this cliq app as 4G speed then may be its useful...However now a days 3G cliq plan is useless ever..My advice is Don't try and use this.....
1 ★I used cliq app for long period. Recently they have asked to update the app to new version. I did. Now suddenly they have blocked the app and asking G to use hutch number instead of Etisalat to continue the service. Within this curfew period there is no. Option to get a new sim & as they join with hutch they are transferring Etisalat customers to their hutch numbers smoothly where customers get uncomfortable. Though app promots as 078 & 072, now it's works for 078 only. Very disappointed
5 ★This apps is very helpful but the rate is too high than other network in this corona situation. Other networks giving offer in this critical situation. This app need to registration after finish every packeges and sometime not showing remaining time. Please check and clear this issue. Thanks.
1 ★When it was managed by Etisalat the speed and the latency was good but now it's useless. Try gaming with that, you will get disconnected many times.
1 ★After activated time based package it was disappeared. Informed to Hutchinson but didn't get any help. Don't waste your money for this kind of networks it will be just a waste of your money and time. Im using a dialog for adding this feedback because hutch doesn't work even now.

1 ★I downloaded this app in 20/05/2020. After downloading this app I activated 30 minutes free package . After activated it my sim show 2G connection only. Before activate it My sim shown 4G connection. I included another hutch SIM , it show 4G connection. App developer, please elp me
1 ★Speed is not unusable. Actually there's no any speed at all. This was a very good app when Etisalat was running. Hutch u sucks. Now the signal strength is E from 6 am to 6 pm which is unusable. And only after 6pm its barely H. So cheap. Very bad service. Cannot even give a one star.
5 ★I was just going to give up hutch sim caused of low speed last few months, I think it happened pethetic situation of corona virus,(lockdown) now I would like to thanks lot of that speed up from day before yesterday thought about Hutch sim users or customers. here is wishing good luck good future with improving more than today. thanks again.
