Sunshine visitor là một ứng dụng của tập đoàn Sunshine Group. Ứng dụng sử dụng công nghệ thẻ điện tử (QR Code) để quản lý các nhân viên kinh doanh ra vào các dự án và nhà mẫu. Ứng dụng cũng cho phép đăng ký lịch thăm quan nhà mẫu và thống kê số lượng khách ra vào nhà mẫu.Có 03 đối tượng sử dụng ứng dụng:
1. Nhân viên kinh doanh
- Cho phép đăng ký tài khoản
- Trình và quét thẻ điện tử tại điểm kiểm soát ra vào dự án/nhà mẫu
- Đăng kí lịch dẫn khách đến tham quan
- Xem nhật ký ra vào dự án và nhà mẫu
- Nhận các thông báo mới từ chủ đầu tư
2. Người quản lý của đại lý (quản lý danh sách các nhân viên kinh doanh của mình)
- Duyệt tài khoản của các nhân viên kinh doanh của mình
- Xem danh sách lịch dẫn khách đến thăm quan nhà mẫu/dự án
- Thống kê số lượng nhân viên kinh doanh
- Thống kê số lượng nhân viên kinh doanh và khách ra vào nhà mẫu
3. Nhân viên của tập đoàn sunshine.
- Duyệt danh sách khách thăm quan nhà mẫu
- Thống kê số lượng khách ra vào nhà mẫu
- Thống kê số lượng nhân viên kinh doanh tham gia kinh doanh dự án
