1 ★I wanted to be able to search lots of different deals and packages without having to enter specific locations. Having a 'last minute' function of cheap deals everywhere/anywhere would be great. This app doesn't allow that other than a few 'top deals', which is an opportunity missed I think.
1 ★Prices go up every time you search, Wanted to go book through this app, and everytine i searched for my holiday, prices kept increasing. The holiday cost started at £340, and because of exsesive searches hour after hour the prices went to £600 with in 2 days. Had to just on my pc when cooking are not used in order to get original price. So in conclusion this app its a complete waste of time
1 ★I booked two flights with you; London to Auckland return. I payed extra for insurance and even went on to book accommodation with you. I have tried to 'manage my booking' and cancel flights and after selecting which flight I need to change the 'continue' button on your site will not allow me to press it, I have tried on several devices. I tried to phone and cancel and was unable to speak to anybody and was instructed to cancel/alter my booking via the website. Can you resolve this please?
1 ★Beyond Useless! Happy to take your money but the phone number will only deal with "new business" and the chat only deals with 5 specific questions leaving you with nowhere to go. Can't check in a flight and as I recall when using lastminute before it was an absolute nightmare to get anything done or changed. This has been hopeless for years!
1 ★The worst booking site experience ever! Trying to change flight dates and suffering the last 2 weeks... I paid insurance but still have to pay extra money to change the flight... The customer service just telling to be patient when you are flying in 3 days and still you don't know if your dates have changed, if your new booking has been confirmed, etc... This is the first and last time I'm using #lastminute !!

2 ★Nice App, but should be easier to communicate with Customer service... No options for that... No replies promptly... No option for comments or to leave important message to customer Service... How the customer can be happy, with no replies or any options to put forward their issues about the bookings. There's a Massive BARRIER between Customer assurance and last-minute passing the right information to the Hotel. That's my experience. I booked 2 double rooms for 4 adults.The hotel say:2 adults

1 ★Catastrophic experience. I've booked a flight from Frankfurt to Rome, I paid and everything confirmed. After 2 weeks just before my flight they sent me a "congratulations" email and told me they successfully refund my money and cancelled the ticket although I haven't cancelled it. Just two weeks before my flight. And I had to pay 3 times more to book another flight to Rome. They email was a "no reply" email with no contact numbers or anything else. And they didn't answer the costumer service.
2 ★Was told on phone I can ammend my holiday in this app, as it turns out, all it does is link you to the website management of your booking, which offers either cancellation or extra luggage. Clicking on anything about my booking in-app will just take me straight to the website, same page every time no matter what I click on. As for what everyone else is saying, I dont believe they are that bad, its just the app that is bad, ive booked all my holidays through LM and they've always delivered
1 ★Ridiculous service. Ordered a return flight through their website, with an additional service where they'd check me in and send me the boarding passes. I got send a screenshot with a cut-off QR code. Imagine arriving at the airport, realizing your QR code is cut-off. Their customer support is unreachable. I spend a long time figuring out how to get my boardingpass on the airlines website, by trying to find the right code on Last-minute's incredibly unclear website. Don't use their service!!
4 ★[Apr.2023 edit: I'm delighted I can now search with Euro prices, thank you.] Can't change currency to euro, so it's useless to me. Search works better on the website. [Edit: Could we have the option to shortlist the favourite offers/hotels? Or to save searches? I have to select my filters again every single time I start the app.]
