1 ★Completely worthless app. Provides no benefit over the website. Should have easy functionality to use and add rewards from purchase. Bad enough that it's not easy to do to begin with but then the app doesn't provide any benefit. Don't bother.

1 ★It does what it's supposed to do, but doesn't offer the most basic expectations for an app. There's no apparent account creation that stores your location preferences, much payment information.

2 ★The app "upgrade" is terrible. And you can't even tell them about issues with it, because the "contact us" feature doesn't work. The "submit" button is a text field, so there's no way to send them a question. Your programming team should be embarrassed.

1 ★I was trying to buy tickets and got blocked from the site... HOW?!?!

1 ★Just tried buying tickets like I do EVERY WEEKEND! Suddenly I'm blocked for some reason! What's going on? I had Fandango for a long time but moved to Malco for years now. Today I have to reinstall Fandango AGAIN in order to buy my tickets. I have many rewards built up on Malco I need to use before security throws me off the app for good for buying tickets for my grandkids.

1 ★it is much harder to use. I don't like it & instead use Google

1 ★This new update is horrible. I have found myself going to the movies less because of this confusing app. I'm not sure why you all changed it, but it is too busy and has no direction.
