The focus of Ar-Rashaad Centre (ARC) is an emphasis on the foundational elements of Islam as a means of creating a firm base upon which further spiritual and intellectual advancement may occur.ARC aims to become an Islamic Centre catering specifically to the needs of the Brampton community.
