This release features a new Donor Rewards program!

Introducing "Blood Donor Rewards", a rewards program for ALL donors! Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, you will automatically earn points for blood, plasma and platelet donations. The more you donate, the better the rewards! Earn enough points and redeem them for e-gift cards or even an exclusive Red Cross item. No action is needed on your part to start earning points.

5 ★Great way to donate blood. Its fast. You can do some of the prescreening question prior to showing up. It tracks all the blood youve given and the times you couldnt like iron levels. Rrally neat is the current journey oh your blood feature.

4 ★The app is great, and easy to use. I only gave it 4 stars because I feel it would be very helpful if they told you when your next eligible donation date was.

1 ★This app never works for me. I don't know why! I can't find local blood donation sites through the app, I can't make appointments, I can't complete my RapidPass and I can't even upload an image for my profile. I always have to go to the website to schedule appointments and complete my RapidPass.

5 ★On the Mobile app it doesn't show accurate available appointments. On my laptop When signing in through Red Cross all information is available.

5 ★Works really well, and makes the "fast pass" quick and easy. It would be nice if it would display my donor card with my CMV negative status, though.

4 ★This is an excellent app overall. He says he will use and very helpful. My one complaint is that I cannot use it to sign up for both platelet and plasma donations at the same time.

5 ★Has made finding locations and dates of donatimg so much easier. When u arrive at the appointment, show the quick pass and ur all set.

3 ★I can't get the exact appointment time that's available. Right now the app has scheduled me for the longer Red blood cell time. I don't qualify for that.

1 ★I dont donate for the $5 gift card but trying to solve the problem with them is repetitive and lies Few of the lies. 1.They say a mail will sent to your mail. (They didnt at least 7 times I donate in the past) 2.Check the junk mail or trash, (but no they didn't send nothing) 3.They say a person will contact to fix the problem (no one call to fix the problem, they yes do to schedule to makeme donate, but not a call to fix the problem) 4.They say, they will write a note in my profile, always Lies!

5 ★Perfect. Easy to schedule/cancel appointments, generally easy-to-use.

1 ★Never loads properly. Doesn't show history or appointments and doesn't match up with local blood drives. Very disappointed.

5 ★Very informative, easy to navigate, i have zero issues with the app.
