Bahan Cake:
3 kuning telur
1 putih telur
45 gram gula pasir
1/8 sendok teh garam
35 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
1 sendok makan cokelat bubuk
1/2 sendok makan susu bubuk
1/8 sendok teh baking powder
40 gram mentega tawar, lelehkan
1/4 sendok teh pasta cokelat
Bahan Mousse:
250 gram whipped cream, kocok setengah krimi
3 lembar gelatin, rendam air dingin, tiriskan
250 ml susu cair
100 gram gula pasir
1/4 sendok teh garam
1 kuning telur
100 gram dark cooking chocolate, potong-potong
1 sendok makan maizena
Bahan Pot:
200 gram white cooking chocolate, lelehkan
10 gram milk cooking chocolate, lelehkan
20 tetes pewarna oranye
Bahan Pelengkap:
6 tangkai daun mint
3 buah stroberi, masing-masing belah 2 bagian
Cara membuat flower pot choco mousse cake:
Cake, kocok telur, gula, dan garam hingga mengembang. Masukkan tepung, cokelat bubuk, susu bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. Tuang campuran mentega dan cokelat pasta sambil diaduk rata.
Masukkan dalam loyang 20x20x3 cm yang dioles dan dialas kertas.Oven dengan api bawah suhu 190 derajat Celsius 20 menit hingga matang. Potong-potong kotak 1 cm.
Pot, oleskan cokelat leleh pada silikon bentuk cup cake besar. Dinginkan. Mouse, campur susu, gula, garam, kuning telur, dan maizena. Aduk rata. Masak di atas api sedang sambil diaduk hingga kental dan meletup-letup. Matikan api. Masukkan gelatin. Biarkan dingin. Kocok lembut.
Masukkan krim kocok sedikit sedikit ke dalam adonan susu sambil dikocok perlahan. Semprotkan ke dalam pot. Taburkan cake. Letakan setangkai daun mint dan irisan stroberi.
