Langkah
Kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang (aku pakai mixser dan kurleb 10-12menit) Campur terigu, vanili, garam,soda kue, bubuk green tea, lalu ayak sedikit2 dan aduk ke campuran telur dan masukan air sedikit2. Masukkan margarin yg dilelehkan,Tambahkan pewarna hijau, aduk rata diamkan 30 menit , setelah 30 menit timbul buih2 (semua bahan harus tercampur rata agar mengembang) Panaskan cetakan, olesi dengan margarin lalu tuang 3/4 adonan masak dengan api kecil.
