Description

Activity Supervisors can manage and report participant attendance on the day of the activity. Attendance is sent directly to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.

Activity supervisors can:
- see a list of activities scheduled in the next 7 days
- see a list of participants attending
- report participant attendance on the day
- ability to view activity QR and pass codes
- see the previous 7 days of activities
- see participant attendance that has already been reported
- use the contact form to request assistance or log feedback for the app

The Supervisor app is developed and supported by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.

1 ★This App needs to have live update, and be live editable with individual submits for Job Seekers. This would allow App to be accurately used when a JS arrives, goes on a break and then leaves, rather than waiting until the end of the day to fill in all information. Also would mean that you could navigate away from the page to JS details without losing information already imputed. Should be able to submit each piece of information on a JS separately and then at end of day final submit to confirm all details are entered correctly, this could be a check and only allowable if all information is filled in correctly. Also can not have a break of longer that 2 hours? What happens if the JS is away for longer than that? This App needs a lot of work to become useful and user friendly.

4 ★Finally solved the problem...once i showed the provider how to add the diary schedule it works....lol

3 ★Needs capability to enter DNAI or DNAV, rather than just present or absent.

5 ★Many thanks for the update and filtering options. One final suggestion. Another option, for js that do not attend but have a valid reason ( one click =attended. Two clicks = DNA. Three clicks = dnav (would be helpful in remote communities for culture events, etc)

2 ★The app was working fine until now it won't recognize my user name when i was trying to reset password and i always have to report to the work for dole officer in order to add new job seekers which is annoying. There should be a way where the app lets the supervisor make all decisions try to fix it.

1 ★I can't do anything with this app. I read the entire FAQ and the supposed features are featureless. They don't work.

3 ★it needs alternative accounts for other networks.. we use 3 different job networks and have to login and then out to switch.. any chance of this feature coming in the new update?

4 ★Need the update for Apple Store. Also a comments or free text section would be great then wouldn't need to send time sheets with that on there.

1 ★Should not be able to be updated before end of day with confirmed attendees. Some participants marked in attendance when they have been marked as away. Still missing a lot of participants names.

2 ★It appears WfD participants cannot be updated easily. It has been weeks now with wrong names listed and others missing. Reported to various people but still no fix. Looks like it will be back to the paper time sheets.

4 ★Easy to use, way faster then gathering manual time sheets from supervisors and imputing. Simple and straight forward.

3 ★we should be able to see every job seekers consultant, which office they are from and message consultant directly from the app. also add a new attendees into the app
