Description
Las terapias de remplazo renal continuo (TRRC) se utilizan habitualmente en UCI ya que el fracaso renal agudo es un proceso grave y frecuente en el contexto de pacientes críticamente enfermos con síndrome de disfunción multiorgánica (SDMO) . Esta aplicación contiene las indicaciones, variantes técnicas, cálculo de los parámetros iniciales de dosificación, cálculos de la fracción de filtración y liquidos de reposición para realizar ajustes posteriores, composición de líquidos de reposición y diálisis más frecuentemente utilizados, y dosis de fármacos recomendadas para mantener anticoagulado el circuito extracorporeo.Introduciendo el peso, hematocrito y extracción de líquido horaria deseada se calculan la dosis de convección y difusión (dialisis/ultrafiltado) según las recomendaciones actuales (efluente < 25 ml/kg/h), el flujo de sangre necesario para mantener una fracción de filtracion <20% y la cantidad de líquido de reposición según el lugar de sustitución elegido (prefiltro, postfiltro o mixta). En el apartado "ajustes" se calculan la fracción de filtración y líquidos de reposición según parámetros seleccionados.
