Oeiras, Parnaíba, Picos e São Raimundo Nonato, tendo em vista a divulgação
e mobilização da Romaria da Terra e da Água no Piauí.
Este evento acontece de dois em dois anos, como momento privilegiado para articular as forças vivas da Igreja e da sociedade, no campo e na cidade. Sua finalidade é refletir sobre o clamor do povo por vida digna e sobre a necessidade permanente de lutar pela preservação dos bens preciosos da terra e da água, como dons de Deus essenciais à vida de todos. Além da grande caminhada e celebração de encerramento, também acontecem seminários temáticos com debates e levantamento de propostas de implementação de politicas públicas voltadas para o bem comum do povo do Estado do Piauí.
