1 ★I originally rated this 4 because technically it's ok and meets the brief but on second thought, why don't you respond to the user feedback? Seriously, this is not what ES is about! A common theme is no response from server which occurs when the user password has changed, you should know this and help your customers resolve it. Even better would be to intercept the message and prompt user to change their password. This is appalling customer service and indicates that you need to review your BSP training.

1 ★I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but I keep getting a message that the token has been removed (whatever that means).
