5 ★Virtual Shield the mobile app doesnt connect since the latest update as of now. I have restarted and closed the app and each attempt to connect has failed. Should not had updated this app it was connecting before hand. Update: it is connecting again and now I and others can serf the web with peace of mind. I love how simple it is to select the different location servers, there used to be one in New Zealand but that one is no longer around, I hope Kiwis can get VPNs too.
5 ★Excellent vpn. Works well preventing all others seeing where you go on the Internet. They do not keep records, destroying them thereby providing excellent protection. If there's any problem they have excellent customer service support even for a novice such as myself. Price cannot be beat.

It no longer feels as though thieves and spies are always looking over my shoulder as I pursue my interests and pay my bills. Best of all, I had a question and the support staff are very responsive with concise information.
5 ★Although the app struggled in one of its recent updates, its latest version has been working flawlessly as it used to be. What I mostly like of the app is its durability, I just connect, leave it running, and stay protected without minding or having to check its status periodically.
2 ★Works only on desktop devices. Been trying for weeks to get it working on mobile and tablets only to get locked out for an hour after only two login attempts. Bought the year plan and it's been good until recently. Thankfully my plan is up soon leaving me free to search for a better service. Uninstalling this garbage and dumping VirtualShield.

1 ★i hate this app, it was useless to me and didn't do what was advertised. they have no technical support. I tried to cancel the subscription but there was no confirmation on that. I asked for my money back and with in 7 days of getting the service and nothing. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE unless you like them taking $261 from your account for a service that doesn't work.
1 ★This app has a lot of trouble connecting. Sometimes it will disconnect a session part way through. They're constantly updating so you have to put in your password sometimes multiple times a day. There's no quality control.

1 ★Absolutely awful! It crashes my computer any time I try to use it, and, on top of that, I selected non-active renewal on their website, but it still renewed, and they took $233 out of my account. I was charged for a faulty product, and their response was "too bad". Terrible product; even worse company.
