Description

App needs to be registered with iVIvaCloud installation by entering “Domain ID”, “User ID” and “Registration Code” supplied by the system administrator of iVivaCloud installation.

Functionality:

Purpose of this app is to provide functionality for requesting and managing services for registered users of iVivaCloud installation. Each request is a Conversation.

Conversation is a collaborative environment that allows users to request services or reporting issues. When a Conversation is originated, a list of Members is automatically added to the Conversation, based on Conversation Type.

Information such as problem description can be added to Info Fields. Photos can be uploaded as attachments. A Checklist will appear to remind the Members what are the tasks to be performed.

Members within a Conversation are able to communicate via Messages. Message tab also acts as an audit trail to review the progress of a Conversation.

Stage of the Conversation indicates the current stage of the process.
