Very bad app..i stil havent received my refund amount from past almost a month..I'm really unhappy about it..no reply for the emails also.no proper response.. I'm stil waiting for my amount to be transferred to my account but haven't received it..it almost 1.5months n stil not yet done..if i send a mail no response not able to contact u people n the no cal doesn't go only,finally i don't know what to do..i was told in 4-5days i shal receive d amount please.n now u hv given watsapp no tats notter

We had an issue with the product return pick up, no communication made by anyone. As I received a rating review email from hopscotch but the number shared for the whatsapp was not correct.

Cheap quality cloths... ordered t-shirt and skirt set... t-shirt cloth is very thin and skirt quality is too cheap...waste of money...don't buy.... first cry is best.

Beware very bad service. They keep low pricing once you book they will send you wrong size then they will hike the price of orginal size more then 50% they don't have change option and if you contact customer care they tell to process refund and order freshly when you ask them for difference they say they will give discount and once it's picked up they will make that size not available. So waste of time no good service special merchandiser SI Rosa worst experience don't waste UR time on this APP

The app have good items but they don't have customer care to speak to. I ordered three shirts from instafab brand from this app but instead of delivering items with size in months they delivered for years and there is no return option. Highly disappointing and dissatisfactory and ridiculous experience.

Bloody shameful app.. there is no proper customer service in this application and we are unable to get in touch with Der customer care Der is no number .. if we have any problem we should wait till 24hours ssly this is very disgusting.. no good service nothing just stupid app

Purchased few dresses which where way to small in size than what it is supposed to be, atleast 2 sizes small.Then tried returning, 2of which has not come to pickup and shows it returned in order section, also no refund. Other product insists for exchange but have not got the size i want to choose from. So I had to exchange to the next size which is also small comparatively. And other dresses can't be exchanged or returned. Too disappointed with the service.

Your return policy is 3rd class, once you get your payment you are not even bother to take care of your customers, made 5 time returns request but no positive response from your side

Wanted to give 5 stars but as they promote like outfit @99 or @ 149 etc but not a single piece u will get in that range.....rest the collections are superb comparing to others app for kidos shopping...my son's 1st bday outfit was bought from HS only....

It's really bad experience wanted to return the product but return process and the pin no. Is not serviciable for returning the product.... Not satisfied it's just like fraud doing on us.... Really disappointing..... Disgusting....

I have ordered 1 dress for my 1 year kid, but it's not properly fits to him. So then I have tried to return that dress but unable to do this. I also sent multiple emails to customer care but no response. Still that dress is with me...... With no use

Worst Service by Hopscotch I have returned the product back and it shows returned in the application but my Refund has not received yet. Many times I tried to reach out to Customer Care for the issue of not getting the refund but not a single reply yet. Pathetic Service by Hopscotch. They asked me to send details through their Whatsapp Number but no reply at all for long time. Hopscotch is a thief application. They take their products back but don't refund my money.
