5 ★I have introduced at least 5-6 friends of mine to Farmizen, and they are also enjoying fresh organic produce straight from the farms. Keep up the good work !
5 ★Exotic fruits that I have never tried before - like mangosteen, cherimoya, egg fruit, different varieties of grapes. Vegetables we have forgotten about which our grandmoms used to eat. Rice varieties which are difficult to find. This app rocks !!!
5 ★The first step to healthy eating is to have a good source for fresh produce. It is wonderful to find an app like farmizen where i can buy healthy stuff direct from farmers.
5 ★The app works well. The concept is for people who want to get more involved in growing good food, slowly. It is NOT an organic veggie delivery service alone. So, it would be wise to read up and set your expectations accordingly. Personally, I love the concept and hope that it contributes in some way to encourage farmers to go back to good, sustainable farming. The produce is a bonus and it has encouraged us to eat more greens :)
1 ★Mangoes are completely rotten and a chemical factory. Of course farmizen don't claim organic but they claim that fruits are fresh and straight from the farm. If they had any regulatory way to find the quality, they could perform better. But the vendors behind seems to be a fraud. All our mangoes (5+5 kilo) went waste by the time we got. not sure what they can do to hold thr vendor and make the process strict. I would prefer to go to the local vendor and buy... also they are super expensive.
5 ★I have been one of their earliest customers and still one. Been with two farms. Been to couple of picnics. Apart from the fresh and organic vegetables, the team is very very keen to help, service and work on suggestions and course correction. You feel you are on a larger journey to good health with them, not a mere consumer. I love Farmizen and will fully endorse them. Very genuine folks.
5 ★There are some hits and some misses. But the attitude of customer support is great - they really want to try and solve your issue. Sometimes things are not under their control, especially because all the products are grown without chemicals. For example, we saw that the pulses we bought started getting insects within a month. But I guess it's better to eat poison-free food by being extra careful while storage, instead of buying food which even insects don't touch !
5 ★I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews here, but decided to take a chance and signed up for a mini-farm subscription a few months back. All my concerns were washed away, when I received my first harvest after about four weeks - we have never had such fresh vegetables since our childhood. This is probably because the vegetables are harvested the same day and sent to us. Planning to visit the farm soon - have never been there so far :-( - looking forward to it !
1 ★Great concept that is a total failure in implementation. Due to the lack of proper care and attention plants started dying in the farm very soon. You cannot talk to their customer care and all interaction is through the app. What is you get is only assurance through the app but nothing changed on the ground. After 4 months of paying subscription all that I could see in my plot is just few spinach. They could not even grow decent tomatoes in their farm. Absolutely shocked to see the state of affairs after patiently waiting for 4 months.
5 ★My overall experience with Farmizen has been very good. I have been a customer for over a year now. Customer support is good. A couple of times the fruits I had pre-ordered were not available due to quality issues - which was disappointing, although they promptly and proactively processed a refund and informed about the issue. Would like the team to look into such issues and minimize them.
5 ★Overall Farmizen provides exceptional services. I have sometimes faced issues with the produce or delivery, but it has all got sorted out. They are quite open to feedback - in fact anytime I have given a low rating for a delivery, they call me back proactively for feedback. They need to provide an easier interface for order tracking though.
5 ★I am so in love with the idea behind this app, I love Farmizen it is the best app to start farming. We know how difficult it is to buy a land these days. Prices are reaching the sky, but this app makes it easier for us to lease a land and grow our own plants and harvest them with the help of a farmer or Farmizen people.
