TempTraq® is a wearable, Bluetooth temperature monitor in the form of a soft, comfortable, single use patch. The patch senses, records and transmits body temperature for 24 or 48 hours via Bluetooth® 4.0 (LE) and is compatible with any Android device with Bluetooth 4.0 (LE) capability, running Android OS 4.3 or later.Now with TempTraq Connect! Remotely monitor TempTraq patches from virtually anywhere in conjunction with a local Bluetooth enabled iOS or Android device and data connection.
The app requires the TempTraq patch to function. TempTraq is a Class II medical device and is only available for sale in the US. The TempTraq app is only available for download in the US.
TempTraq allows a child to rest when they are ill with an elevated temperature. There is no need to disturb the child to take a temperature measurement so the child can rest and the parents can be confident knowing their child's temperature.
TempTraq Patch
The TempTraq patch is designed to be worn with the sensor in the armpit area measuring axillary temperature. TempTraq measures under-the-arm "axillary" temperature and this is converted to an oral temperature which is displayed in the TempTraq app.
TempTraq App
The TempTraq app provides an intuitive and easy to use interface to view the temperature data transmitted from the patch.

1 ★Son had a sudden onset fever and tried to use this "convenient" temp taker, but was seriously disappointed. It would stop working 10 minutes in. After resetting patch, the same 5 Temps would show and then, 10 minutes later, the patch would be "out of range" ( it was not). When updating "note" entries, you have to save the edit in a different time then originally posted. Also the patch said it was expired when I opened it, but the package had an insert saying it was OK for 2 more yrs. (It's obviously not)
4 ★Worked very well at night, helped track temps, loved the wake up fever alert,not as accurate while child is active (walking around) but overall would recommend. Planning on getting another for tonight!
3 ★I was initially very pleased with this product. It was super easy to install and I liked not having to take oral temps. I noticed as time went on and we neared the midway of the 24hrs that the accuracy was not as good. Also anytime my child lifted their arm up,their temp would drop.
2 ★I bought this product, even though my pharmacist warned me it wasn't accurate just hoping it might still give me some sort of peace at mind.. I applied the patch exactly how the directions said, I down loaded the app, I found the patch and my daughters temp is reading steady between 94 and 95.. orally her temp is 100.6 .. this really bothers me. It doesn't give me any peace of mind. In fact I'm glad I bought a regular thermometer just to be on the safe side.. great idea, terrible performance.
3 ★Love the concept, daughter showed no rash or irritation from having on for 24 hours and no lingering adhesive after removal. Smartphone interface could have more functionality, thinking of graphical controls here. Also, more importantly, shutting down the sensor exactly when it hits 24 hour.... What the hell?!? If you are worried about power fluctuations put red writing on the screen saying out of calibration. cutting off access after 24hrs, when my daughter just spiked over 105, is bs. Fix it.
