Use the PetSafe SMART DOG app with the PetSafe SMART DOG Remote Trainer (PDT00-15748) to train your dog and prevent jumping, digging and other misbehaviors. Innovative Bluetooth technology allows you to train your dog via your smartphone from up to 75 yards away. Send a signal for vibration, tone (beep) or static stimulation to your dog’s collar without the need of an external remote!

2 ★It is great when it connects. I have a hard time getting it to connect. It also disconnects when you close out of the app so you have to reconnect which sometimes takes minutes. It would also be nice if there was a feature for more than one dog where both collars can be connected at the same time. It is a good product and the idea was great but the app still needs a lot of work in my opinion.

3 ★Had same issues as most with the all of a sudden no connection bit but, I was able to get 75 yards on a G6, to fix the app go to app settings and clear the data. Clear all recent apps. Power off and during boot get into recovery. This is different for every phone but for G6 hold power on and down volume at the same time. Scroll down to wipe cache and hit press power to choose. Once the phone boots back up you can connect again easily. Devs, this didn't happen until a stable connection went out due to distance. If I close before the connection is lost it will easily reconnect once in range again. Also button mapping would be a great feature for root users.. maybe 3 taps on vol down is vibrate and 3 on volume up is static. This way we don't need to open the app to use. This of course would require constant connection and power would suffer but well worth it when I'm home. Also a signal meter would be useful too

3 ★Would sincerely like an option to turn off the pin and pairing aspects, so the collar could just be controlled with any phone or Bluetooth device. For the price, I really expected a more flexible product.

1 ★Worked great for the first few weeks. Then it started not wanting to connect and now won't connect at all. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. Waste of money!!

2 ★When it connects the app is great (love the concept), but at times it takes over 10 minutes to connect to the collar. Please release an update to improve the connectivity and I'll update my review. Thanks!

5 ★Recently, the company seems to have fixed the connection issues. It has connected flawlesy on the first attempt every time for the past few months.
