Plantillas de Calendario le permite crear plantillas-modelo de citas (templates) con todos los detalles que necesite, a excepción de la fecha.Una vez creada una plantilla puede seleccionarla en un desplegable, añadir la fecha, y crear una cita completa en el calendario del teléfono, que se sincronizará con Google Calendar.
Útil y práctico para añadir rápidamente citas repetitivas a intervalos no fijos a su calendario. Por ejemplo, jornadas de guardia, reuniones de empresa, etc.
Funciones incluidas hasta ahora:
- Crea plantillas con nombre del evento, descripción, lugar, hora de inicio, hora final, eventos "todo el día", status libre/ocupado, calendario seleccionable, y hasta cinco alarmas previas.
- De momento no está incluida la función de repetición a intervalos regulares, pero se incluirá en una futura versión.
- Crea citas directamente especificando solo la plantilla y la fecha. Opcionalmente puede especificar también una descripción.
- Si lo desea, crea citas completas pero indirectamente, permitiéndole modificar todos los detalles antes de grabar los cambios en el calendario.
- Puede modificar las plantillas si cambian sus necesidades o borrarlas si deja de necesitarlas.
- Incluye pequeño manual de usuario.
