第二種衛生管理者免許を有する者は、

金融・保険業、卸売・小売業など一定の業種の

作業環境管理、作業管理及び健康管理、
労働衛生教育の実施、健康の保持増進措置などです。
一定規模以上の事業場については衛生管理者免許、医師、
労働衛生コンサルタント等の免許、資格を有する者からの
選任が義務付けられてます。
