Description
接客サービスを通して生徒の「コミュニケーション能力を高めること」を目標に月１～２回校内で地域の方にも利用して頂けるような形で開催している特別支援学校高等部の作業学習における喫茶サービス活動で、厨房業務の担当しか出来なかった生徒が、より高度なコミュニケーション能力が求められる「ホール業務」が担当できるよう、タブレット端末用の「喫茶受付支援アプリ」を開発しました。実際に喫茶の接客業務で使用しながら、改良を加え、より多くの生徒が接客業務を担当出来るようになりました。
正式な公開に先立ち、皆さんより 感想やご意見、改良に向けたアイデアなど収集するために、ベータ版を公開いたしました。
