毎年節分の夜に、今年の恵方（願い事を思いながら目をつぶって恵方巻を食べる方角）に向かって食べる恵方巻。
恵方は年ごとに変わり、恵方巻を食べるとき、正確な方角が分からずに、だいたいの方角に向けて食べてしまうこともしばしばあります。
