5 ★It'll be good if the filters have more options. A lot of HDB flats are between 1000 to 1200 sq ft. it'll be great if we can key in the filter value such as unit size instead of choosing only from a prefix. I've to scroll through a lot of units that i don't want just to see those that I'm interested in. Works fine for browser version though.
1 ★Update Jul 2019. Tried to search for freehold landed properties, minus cluster houses, but was swamped with search results for cluster house. Inter terrace houses show up in a search for semi detached houses. There's no difference between looking at the uncategorized, uncurated entries here and browsing newspaper ads. A nice app concept brought down by agents who only want to increase views at users' expense.
4 ★Propertyguru is a great app for both agents and consumers. 1. Please add TEL line stations into your map and search options. 2. There are still many listings on units that are no longer available. It will be good to have a function for us to report those listings... as some agents may have 'forgotten' to remove them.
1 ★Recent updates are terrible. User experience diminished as compared to the previous version. Looks the same but you couldn't tap into the frame or tile you want. The 3D models also don't seem to work as well. What did you guys do?
2 ★Didnt like the auto orientation of portrait to landscape. Cannot browse while lying down on my side. The auto orientation does not allow viewing of floor plans without going through all the pics of homes. Some videos are totally irrelevant to the unit on sale.
2 ★Cannot see all the saved favorites in the "My Shortlist". When going back to the saved search category, whatever saved as favorite doesnt appear until you ckicked on the picture and then the marking comes back. Very frustrating experience !!!
3 ★Ever since the change of app interface it's gone 2 steps back. It's now less intuitive, less ease of use, less convenience of functional buttons. This is a case of "if it ain't broke let's break it".. I urge Property Guru to redo the app to at least where it was if not better.
4 ★Very good app to find the house in the area. But somehow it doesn't retain how long the listing has been up as the agent is require to resubmit to keep the post alive after sometime. But it generally erase the evidence how long the listing has been up as it does indicate if the prices listed is over price or not. This can give the advantage to the buyer to lower and negotiate a lower price.
2 ★I used to like this app as it provides the listing and transaction data, but with the new updates, the condo directory is no longer there, there's no transaction prices to see, so it doesn't provide sufficient information for users. Can the app developer please look into this and put back the condo directory. Otherwise, we'll have to look for other alternatives.
1 ★Can't log in. Both email and fb login keep getting "SSL handshake timeout" when use 2nd phone to login. Really bad. Then use main phone to login, managed to but all wishlist stated 200+ listing in numbers but zero listing is shown. Your app really bad. Games app can switch automatically for multi phones login and saved stages. Yours did nothing of that and only always at all times caused inconvenience. Your IT department needs IMPROVEMENT.
1 ★Very bad after the latest review. They change the font size to minimum. The old version is useful but now they cater to the young with good eyesight. Those buyers or agents above 30s will have issue with the small font size. They should sack the young developers
2 ★Interface on new update is not as easy to use. Found to quite hard to scroll thru the filter selection. While some of the features were great additions (such as being to input exact values), I hope the location range feature can be brought back
