1 ★Filter does not work. You can filter for entire house or unit but you will still get rooms only rent on tje results
1 ★Fake reviews can't make your app better. KARMA is waiting to do justice. CEO/CTO, technical directors, and bootlicker EMs, all are enjoying with their family after destroying many innocents. You all will get justice from KARMA, and you all will go in the same pain as those 170 employees and their family are facing.
1 ★Unable to load the description and everything seems to halt. Ok once redownload. But happens again . Doesn't work to clear cache.

1 ★Absolutely horrendous user experience after the last few updates...the UI is super laggy and slow, even after clearing cache & data as well as uninstalling. The way the info on transaction history has been changed is also extremely unintuitive, making the app just downright worse than before. I hope propertyguru wakes up it's idea and reverts the changes made. Back in 2023, this app was a pleasure to use. Will be switching to SRX + 99.co unless the enshittfication of propertyguru is reversed
1 ★App is stuck at loading. To reproduce: - open the app - click onto search bar - type in any search term - click enter Stuck at loading forever. Tried for several search terms and different Android devices.

1 ★Since they changed the UI it has become very difficult to look for houses for Rent. It seems they only want to facilitate buy/sell transaction and don't care about Renters
1 ★Recently loading becomes very slow after last update. I'm also being forced to use the app whenever I try to load a listing page on the website
