"Welcome to the official website of Delta Mu Omega, a graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., located in Albany, New York. Our sorority is the oldest (1908) Greek letter organization for college-trained African American women. Since its beginning, the sorority has dedicated itself to sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Our local chapter, founded on the same principles in 1947, continues to dedicate itself to making a difference throughout our communities: local, regional, and international. We draw on our founders for strength and resolve so that we may continue the work and preserve their legacy.
