Description
This is a tempo trainer for interval training exercises. It comes with Couch to 5 km preloaded. You can create your own exercises or install multisession plans like c28k and such via downloader. Set your pace and duration sequence with repetitions and warmup / cooldown time. Exercise intensity is announced via android TextToSpeech service and pace itself is audible via metronome tick tock (which you can set volume to 0). While in action you may micro-adjust BPM tempo.Latest updates
