Unobtainable Items Addon deals with this issues easily. Now, several mobs got the additional loot, that they will drop in case of death. So there are 7 new blocks and we recommend you to find the right mobs on your own!
Most of blocks could be used for decorating your world or creating of the adventures and mini-games. Stained glass is the only one of them, which requires additional texture pack, other 6 are extremely easy to get. Thanks to this add-on, MCPE is more customizable than ever!
